Otalie Paul serves as the Director of Operations at Eilato Care Consulting, LLC, bringing over five years of diverse experience across multiple sectors of the healthcare industry. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Otalie combines strategic leadership with a deep operational understanding to ensure the practice runs efficiently and seamlessly.

Driven by a commitment to organizational excellence, Otalie oversees daily practice management, workflow optimization, and administrative strategy, allowing clinical teams to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. His hands-on experience across various healthcare environments equips him to foster a supportive, structured, and patient-centered practice for both staff and clients alike.

Wilberthe Betty Boileau is a doctoral-prepared, ANCC board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of progressive experience in nursing and patient care. Born and raised in Haiti, Dr. Boileau immigrated to the United States in 2005, beginning her healthcare journey as a Certified Nursing Assistant before advancing to become a Registered Nurse with over eight years of specialized experience in dialysis nursing. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and board certification to continue delivering clinical excellence across diverse populations.

At Eilato Care Consulting, Dr. Boileau provides comprehensive, evidence-based primary care with an emphasis on preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education. She is dedicated to empowering patients in their health journeys and providing culturally responsive care—effectively bridging language and cultural gaps as a fluent speaker of Haitian Creole and French.

Dr. Boileau is an active member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), and the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Outside of her practice, she is a devoted wife and mother who values faith, family, and community service.

Jahmera Webb graduated in 2024 from Alabama State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology. As a Certified Medical Assistant with three years of clinical experience, Jahmera brings a strong scientific background and a deep passion for patient-centered care to Eilato Care Consulting.

She strives to deliver high-quality, compassionate care across both advanced wound care and primary care services, ensuring every patient feels comfortable, respected, and well cared for. Driven by a genuine love for healthcare, her goal is to meet clinical needs while leaving every patient with a smile. Outside of the clinic, Jahmera enjoys spending time with her German Shepherd, staying active at the gym, traveling, cooking, and connecting with friends.

Originally from Seattle, Washington, Monica Sanders has been a proud resident of Georgia since 1999. Bringing 25 years of compassionate healthcare experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Monica expanded her clinical expertise by earning her Associate Degree in Medical Assisting and specializing as an Administrative Medical Assistant.

Driven by a genuine passion for serving others and working with people, Monica joined the Eilato Advanced Wound Care team in December 2025. She finds her work deeply rewarding and is dedicated to making a positive impact on every patient’s recovery journey. Outside of the clinic, Monica treasures spending quality time with her two children, seven grandchildren, and attending church.

An Atlanta native and senior at Georgia State University, Jordan Pittman brings dedication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to the Eilato team. Currently pursuing his long-term goals in the medical field, Jordan actively balances his academic studies with hands-on clinical practice as a Medical Assistant.

Driven by a passion for healthcare, he is committed to delivering compassionate patient care, fostering clear communication, and ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their visit. Jordan takes great pride in serving his hometown community and contributing to the highest standard of care for our patients.
